The project included site plans and related civil engineering and design services such as parking lot paving, grading, retaining wall design, system drainage, 12” water plan & profiles, and water & wastewater services. ICONIC obtained approvals for the driveway and utility permits with TxDOT and the City of Frisco. ICONIC provided value engineering and construction support services.
