The Little Rock Municipal Airport Commission contract Garver LLC. To develop construction plans and specification for the rehabilitation of Runway 4R and the perimeter road around Runway 4R. ICONIC was contracted to perform a quality and constructability review of Garver’s 65% and 95% construction plans. ICONIC reviewed all aspects of the construction drawings. ICONIC reviewed how all the different components of the plans related to each other. During their review, ICONIC dissected the construction plans in such that any approved contractor could build this project. Final Construction Cost: N/A; Completion Date: April 2016
ICONIC served as a sub-consultant to Garver Engineers and was responsible for providing Construction Oversight services. Periodic site visits to monitor compliance with the contract documents. Acted as a liaison with the contractor’s assigned point personnel. Assuring that during construction, the design is built per the approved plans and specifications
